California's Supreme Court voted to uphold proposition 8 today. Logic continues to be the victim of prejudice. I have already made my arguments, and you can look at the archives if you want to read them, or just google "no on 8" to read the arguments of others who can see the right path. Okay, so I went to see Star Trek today. (Without Ben.) :( But anyway... It. Was. Awesome. There were tons of fight scenes, which were great, if you are into that sort of thing, but MAN, was it intense. The story is written so there's an intense scene that has you on the edge of your seat, yelling at the screen (literally in my case) and then a calmer scene so you can recover, which is followed by another crazy scene. I highly recommend it to anyone who is into Sci-Fi, even if you weren't into the original Star Trek. I know what tv show is going on my Netflix list, now...
